Aude RIMAILHO

Partner

Very early in her studies, she focused on human rights and international law, which led her to join the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in 2005, where she worked within the investigative teams responsible for prosecuting those most responsible for crimes committed during the war.

Building on this experience, Aude RIMAILHO then joined the Human Rights Sub-Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the 2008 Presidency of the European Union, and later a law firm responsible for the defense of a former African leader accused of crimes against humanity.

After being sworn in in February 2010, she joined the firm of Maître Virginie DUSEN, where she gained solid experience in asylum matters and contributed to developing the firm’s criminal law practice.
