Visa
The Firm assists you with your procedures to obtain the issuance of:
- A short-stay visa
- A long-stay visa serving as a residence permit (VLS-TS) (professional, visitor, student, family member of a French national or European Union citizen, school-age minor);
We help you prepare your application, complete the France-Visa form, and request an appointment with the competent authority (consulate, TLS Contact). The Firm also monitors the application with the consular authorities.
In case of refusal, we can propose that you file an appeal before the Commission for Appeals Against Visa Refusals (CRRV) and, if necessary, before the Administrative Court of Nantes.
Residence
The Firm assists you with your procedures to:
- obtain the issuance or renewal of your residence permit (temporary residence card, talent passport, multi-year residence card, permanent residence card).
- change your status (particularly from student visa to employee, employee to private and family life, etc.)
During an initial consultation, we review your case and propose the solution that seems most appropriate to your situation.
We then help you prepare your application by providing you with a detailed list of documents to gather.
We then submit the application through your ANEF account or directly to the Prefecture, after scheduling an appointment. A cover letter presenting your situation is attached to the application.
The Firm monitors the application with the prefecture authorities until a decision is issued.
Professional Immigration
The Firm regularly assists companies / individual entrepreneurs / investors who wish to establish themselves in France or recruit foreign employees on French territory.
Here, the Firm has set itself the objective of addressing all the legal needs of the company, as well as the professional and personal needs of employees and entrepreneurs, taking into account all issues specific to corporate law, tax law, and labor law in particular.
Furthermore, when case processing requires it, the Firm works in close collaboration with other professionals, in France and abroad, to provide its clients with the most effective assistance.
Where applicable, the Firm requests through the ANEF account, depending on the situation:
- a work authorization
- an opinion on the internship agreement;
- an opinion on the temporary residence card project for entrepreneur/self-employed professional.
After obtaining a favorable opinion, the Firm helps you prepare your application by providing you with a detailed list of documents to gather.

Removal Proceedings
In case of a decision refusing residence, an obligation to leave the territory, an assignment to residence, or a ban on returning to French territory, the Firm may petition the competent Administrative Court to challenge the decisions affecting you.

Naturalization
The Firm advises you on the advisability of filing an application to acquire French nationality and can assist you in preparing your application.
In case of a decision of refusal or postponement, we will examine together the merits of filing a hierarchical appeal and then an appeal before the Administrative Court of Nantes.
