Fees
Fees are set according to an hourly rate or a flat fee, to which a supplementary success fee may be added.
Fees are freely determined by agreement between the lawyer and the client, based on the nature and complexity of the case, the urgency, the research work, the significance of the dispute, the time devoted to the case, the client’s financial situation, and the service provided.
This agreement must take the form of a written agreement.
No file is opened until the lawyer and the client have agreed on the nature of the legal service and the amount of fees.
The firm accepts legal aid depending on the nature of the case.
Legal protection insurance is often included in home, liability, automobile, health, or credit card insurance policies. It is therefore advisable to contact your insurer to verify the conditions for coverage of legal costs and lawyer and expert fees.
