When she was an associate, Me Rimailho assisted numerous clients supporting the Kurdish cause who were accused of terrorism.
When she founded the firm, she chose to draw on this experience and to place her expertise at the service of victims of terrorism.
In this capacity, the firm has assisted victims of the attacks of November 13, 2015, the Nice attack of July 14, 2016, and the Grand-Bassam attack (Côte d’Ivoire) of March 13, 2016.
Me RIMAILHO is a member of the contact group on compensation for victims of terrorism, created by the Paris Bar Council following the 2015 attacks.
This group initiated the recognition of anxiety-related harm for direct victims and harm arising from waiting and worry for indirect victims.
